Guest guest Posted November 14, 2001 Report Share Posted November 14, 2001 I have always made bread for my son in glass loaf pans, but I have been unhappy with the results from Noah's bread, Andi bread, potato bread, etc. It is harder along the ends and kind of mushy inside. I saw mini loaf pans yesterday for 1.50 and bought two of them. They are small, almost like a margarine holder. How long would I cook the dough in these. they are ceramic. Phyllis K,.
