I do think they should have to live under the same laws and rules the rest of us do and then maybe they'd care enough to make changes for the average folk who vote them into power. The COBRA is better than nothing, but when it takes about 30% of your unemployment, which is already 50% less than what you earned while working, it isn't easy to stay on it till the next job comes along, if that takes any amt. of time.......and I am not sure with the economy the way it is that finding a job will be a quick thing.
