problems with bolt spinning on shoes

Rory kicks his feet a lot which causes the nut on his Markell's to

loosen slightly and the bolt spins around. Unless the nut is very

tight, the bolt won't stay in place. The nut does not come unscrewed

such that the bar spins around the bolt. It's actually the bolt

spinning around, seems like there is something inside the bolt that is

loose. The result is I can't consistently keep his rcf at 70 and his

left at 45. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there a fix? Are

there other brand shoes that do not have this problem?
