I wrote this while I was feeling down. It can be viewed at

poetry.com along with another poem I wrote. I feeling help less when

I wrote it and it gave me some comfort.

He was There

I sat alone feeling over come.

I needed answers from someone.

I searched high and low.

I never seemed to find peace though.

So I fell to my knees and prayed.

I felt a presence and with me it stayed.

It felt like someone was there.

It felt like I was under someones care.

So I asked my heavenly father are you there?

He said of course child I'm here.

I'm your father never have fear.

So I then asked am I under your care?

He replied he would always be there!
