Lori,

I'm not sure what region you guys are since you are in Hawaii. In FL, we are

obviously in the South TriCare region, so that is the only address that I

have. Anyway, what you will need to do is fill out a claim form, and send

it, along with a copy of the invoice to your regional TriCare Claims

Deptartment, probably by mail, so that you can send everything with it. If

you have a doctor's note explaining the necessity, I would send a copy of

that, too. When I sent it from here to South Carolina, we got the check

within a week and a half!

You'll get reimbursed for most of it, but FYI, TriCare feels that the cost

of the bar is more than the allowable amout. They will cover some of that,

but not all.
