Guest guest
Another question to follow up on 's. Any good tips on how to keep track of the hours spent in and out of the FAB? I also have an older baby (7 1/2 mo) wearing p/m's whose hours I am trying to reduce gradually. Her doctor prescribed 23/7 in the brace for a month after her 2nd tenotomycasts, and then said nights and naps. After reading the warnings on this site I have been trying to reduce gradually, but am having a hard time keeping track of the actual time spent in the bar. If she were an only child it might be easier and I'd probably record it in a little book or something obsessive like that. Between getting her in an out of the exersaucer, highchair, putting it on for naps, etc., I feel like Im taking it on and off all day. I'm currently shooting for 18-20 hrs but it really could be anywhere from 16-22 most days. Any ways to simplify? Thanks, Zoe mom to Sophie bcf (7/05) and (7/02)
