504 Plans: Need examples and info!

Hi All...

I have heard from a Dad, Larry, who I don't believe has joined our

listserve yet, but is in desparate need of examples of 504 plans. He

has just started learning about the whole process. School is requiring

him to get his written requests in asap. Would appreciate it if some

of you could email directly Larry directly with:

--> Examples of 504 plans

--> Any other info/websites on 504s
