Guest guest
, I am glad to hear that things may be looking up for Jodie. She is really a trooper! I don't know if I could endure all that she has gone through. Anyway, I just wanted to comment on the pulmonary embolism thing. It is a blod clot that travels to the lungs. A ct scan with dye will tell if she has one or not. It is pretty serious so I would think that if she had one then she would know about it pretty quick. I only know alittle about this since I had a blood clot a couple of years ago in my leg that completely cut off my circulation. I did experience some chest pain while in the hospital but the ct scan showed no pulmonary embolism. I hope she is feeling better today. Take care Kris in TN
Guest guest
Hey Kris, Thanks for the info about the pulmonary embolism. Just to clarify, they determined it wasn't that. They think that when she vomited, she aspirated, and that's what caused the drop in her blood/oxygen saturation level. Yeah, she's definitely a trooper. Thanks again! peace, melissa
