Guest guest
Hi Dawn, Many times chronic Panc. is diagnosed just be the elimination of other things. It does seem to have unique characteristics, intense pain generally at the lower left rib cage area and extending around to the back. Sometimes blood chemistry gives an indication and sometimes not. I can only suggest working with your GP and GI and letting things sort out with a little time. Your physicians should work with you as to diet, pain and nausea management, etc. Stay attuned to this board for knowledge help and ideas. BTW where are you located and what Dr. do you use? That info might be very helpful to you and maybe to others Best wishes, Poncho - GA
