Hi, , I read your mail and my heart went out to you. I too

had to quit my perfect job as a nurse consultant about four months ago.

I have worked as a nurse for 30 years and it has devastated me. But I am

realizing that I really could not continue to work and I know that I have

the ability to do other things. I also have cystic fibrosis and it has

brought on the pancreatitis. I am new to all of this because mine just

developed, enzymes still very high.

I know that it seems that all is lost but you have to remember that you

are still a person inside and not your job. You have the ability to

contribute to life in some way, I haven't figured mine out either but I

know that God would not have allowed me to stay around if I did not have

a purpose. Each day is precious, I have learned that with CF. Take care

and write anytime that you need a boost or just to vent. May God hold

you in His hand. Deb
