RE: More stuff for Becky

OK, They don't need the clothes right now. But the bed sizes that

has are:

a queen size,,,,,a futon......and a twin set.

Also has a sofa & chair (church & )

Does need bedding-pillows, for all . Has nothing in that area.

Needs any small stuff for kitchen ,toaster, crock pot, can opener,

microwave, pots & pans, dishes,

silverware,misc linens , ironing board/iron............

BUT...........

She will be getting some items from the Church shelter warehouse too.

So DON'T send anything yet. That is $$ , & they have offered some things ,

& -- has some contacts there who are helping also.

Plus she has the acct. thru Milan Fdn. some of us have donated cash

too.(she can also use for

window treatments, trash baskets. whatever wee things.

Soooo look around & wait-- & as soon as she can have the trailer set up ,

she will know what & the size

she can use in it. Such a great group you all are...........

I have received some private emails of donations also .sooooooo when she

can get in . We'll make a

list of needs to you all. Like Aunt B says. wait until we know for sure.

Then , I will send. I have started a

need list with Becky's help on phone today & what she has for sure-----

& things that have been told she can have.

She hasn't gone to the church warehouse yet , so will do that over

weekend or at least first of week. It

takes time for them to move the trailer to the park lot & connect. That

is one of the extra costs they added

when she got ready to put deposit.......surprise , surprise:)

Anyway ....that bridge has been crossed & now waiting for the mail for

rest & they will move it.

She still is trying to get power , water, etc turned on. Everything

costs $$$ for the deposits.

It looks like not before next week some time.

If Becky can get to a computer to write-she will tell you, If not, she

will tell me & I will send to you all

There are no dressers or anything built in this trailer---so the needs will

be added to like table -chairs

She has refri /stove/washer /dryer.That is wonderful help for them.

Hi!

We just talked to a local bent and dent store owner whose boyfriend runs a

big food bank in Georgia. She said he could probably donate dishes, pots

and

pans and whatever else he has available. If not donate--then sell at +/-

10% of

cost!! This is the guy who really helped us when we were in the early

start

up stages of the local food bank.

DH-Art is going to go see him Wednesday while he is in Georgia!

I was just too excited to keep this info to myself!

We are starting to get stuff together to take to her. Hopefully can get a

truck load together to take when she gets into the mobile home.

If you guys have anything to send to her, if you could list it online we can

remove the items from her " needs " list.

The list of needs is long right now but, we are all working together to

shorten the list!

GrandmomBev, if you can get bed sizes and shoe and clothing sizes, please

post it so we can start rounding up that kind of stuff too.

Every body sing now.......... " We Are Fa mily.....All my Brothers and

Sisters and Me..... " . LOL
