Cambridge Class V Chronic Pancretitis

I have a question. I was reading over my discharge summary from the hospital

and one of my diagnosis said that I had Cambridge Class V Chronic Pancreatitis.

What does that mean? I can't find anything on it. Is it bad? Now I'm scared

the doctor didn't mention this.
