Guest guest
The obvious is nutrition which is what I thought until I got off the narcotics. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! I cannot believe there are peeps on this forum that work and deal with life on a day to day basis on some of the levels I have read on this board. Troupers abound! So, are you on a pain med? That sucked the life out of me. The choice of being in pain or feeling peppy never took long to decide though. Carol
Guest guest
yes, fatigue is one of the symptoms of chronic pancreatitis. Both excessive pain and malnutrition can take a toll on a person's energy levels, and so we get fatgued. I know that there are days I have a hard time just staying awake for a few hours when my pain is at it's worst. Kimber -- Kimber Vallejo, CA hominid2@... Guest guest
Theresa, Do you take any kind of multivitamins or antioxidants? I found that my energy levels increased very successfully once I started taking those regularly. Before that I was dragging myself through each day. With love, hope and prayers, Heidi Heidi H.
