Guest guest
I like sunflower oil.... or grapeseed oil. Grapeseed is super-duper healthy and has almost no flavor. Patti Saflower oil sub? I've decided that I don't care for the taste of saflower oil. Does anyone have a good recommendation for a substitute? I used sesame oil to make our chicken salad today because I didn't have anything else around besides olive oil(didn't want to use that for chicken salad). It was good, but only for certain flavors. I made the chicken salad kind of an oriental type one with it. Obviously, you don't always want your mayo or other oil foods to have that sesame flavor. Any suggestions? Guest guest
I think I've seen sunflower at pretty much all of the groceries. What about grape seed? Is that one that I'd probably have to get at a health food store? Meleah Saflower oil sub? I've decided that I don't care for the taste of saflower oil. Guest guest
That's where I have seen it.... Wild Oats or Whole Foods, but not at my local grocery store. Not even in their " health " section. Patti Re: Saflower oil sub? I think I've seen sunflower at pretty much all of the groceries. What about grape seed? Guest guest
Hi, Has anyone used Spectra Oil (safflower oil) for high heat? Is it legal? I just got some and it seems pretty rich to me. Thanks, Debbie, 37 cd SCD 1/
