You can call them to double check the ingredient list and all, too. Have you ever had a country ham? They're extremely salty. You're going to want to soak it for 24 hours...changing the water periodicly. Even after soaking properly, it will still be super salty. It's an acquired taste, but don't let that scare you away. You can serve it with a red eye gravy that would be legal. You could make shredded zucchini on the side instead of hash browns. Meleah field Ham I checked out the field site.
