Hi Everyone,

I just got back from visiting Rikkaya in the hospital. She's doing well. She

had some pain medication and kept drifting in and out on me but that was to

be expected. They are giving her Heprin (sp?) for the clots. She is on bed

rest for a few days. She has her laptop, so I guess she will post as soon as

she feels up to it.

A special thanks to Trudy who talked to us last night and the things she said

made Rikki go to the ER later when she began to have problems breathing.

Keep her in your prayers,

Gwen from Durham

Yes, please - any news?? Please tell us something!

This is like one of the family in the hospital. I

would call the hospital - but I realized I don't even

know her last name! Christy - do you know her last

name??

Hi Rikaya,

I hope you get better real soon. I'm praying for you. Maybe next week

you'll be out shopping and having fun.

Love,

Genz

This is one of the complications listed in the manuel under risks. It does't

happen often but it does happen, I don't think there is a way to forsee this

or make provisions for it. A few days in the hospital under anti-coagulants

should do the trick Phyllis in fla.
