Guest guest
We had a mom invent a great chicken nugget recipe a few months back that calls for no bread crumbs. Boil some chicken, and let cool. Use a food processer to finely mince the chicken. Mix thoroughly the minced chicken and SCD homemade mayo(recipes at pecanbread.com or scdrecipe.com). Shape into nugget forms, and place on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for about 30-35 minutes. For some reason, the outside still crisps right up like a chicken nugget. It is also easy to sneak pureed veggies into this mixture. Meleah Legal nut-free, casein free breadcrumbs Hi - does anyone know of an easy recipe (or source) for nut-free, casein free breadcrumbs? I'm about to put my 9 year old on the diet and am trying to figure out how to replace his beloved chicken nuggests which I currently coat with rice breadcrumbs. He can't take nuts into school and I want to be able to send them in for lunch.
