Hi - does anyone know of an easy recipe (or source) for nut-free,

casein free breadcrumbs? I'm about to put my 9 year old on the diet

and am trying to figure out how to replace his beloved chicken nuggests

which I currently coat with rice breadcrumbs. He can't take nuts into

school and I want to be able to send them in for lunch.
