WE ARE HAVING A CHRISTMAS PARTY!!!

Due to overwhelming requests to party down at Christmas, We're gonna

do it up right!!

WHEN: SUNDAY NIGHT, DECEMBER 10TH FROM 6PM-10PM

(All Friday and Saturday nights were already booked for December

parties).

WHERE: THE RADISSON INN (GOVERNOR'S INN), GALERIA RESTAURANT.

I-40 EXIT 280, DAVIS DRIVE. (919)549-8631.

TYPE OF PARTY: DRESSY, FORMAL (If you like)MEN IN SUITS OR SPORT

JACKETS AND TIES. FUN, PARTY CLOTHES!!

FOOD: HEAVY HORS D'OUVRES, BUFFET TYPE, FRUIT, SALADS, VEGES, SOME

SWEETS, NON ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.

HOTEL ACCOMODATIONS: Special room rate of $59.00 per night. FOR

THOSE NEEDING ACCOMODATIONS, CALL THE NUMBER ABOVE AND LET THEM KNOW

YOU ARE WITH THE MGB SUPPORT GROUP TO GET THE RATE.

MUSIC!!!MUSIC!!!MUSIC!!!: THE ONLY THING THE SUPPORT GROUP HAS TO

PAY FOR IS THE DJ. We have made tentative arrangements with a

professional DJ who can do Karaoke as well. THE COST IS $900.00 FOR

THE NIGHT.

I NEED TO KNOW IF THIS SOUNDS OK TO THE GROUP. IT MEANS

APPROXIMATELY $10.00 PER HEAD. If we get commitments from 125-150

people, the price per head goes down. IT IS VERY LATE MAKING THESE

ARRANGEMENTS. THE DJ NEEDS TO HAVE A $250.00 DEPOSIT BY MID NEXT

WEEK. I need to get a concensus from the group if you want the DJ and

if you are willing to pay up to $10 apiece for this. The Galeria has

a fabulous dance floor and the DJ can play any kind of music we like.

KEEP IN MIND THAT DR. RUTLEDGE HAS IS MAKING ARRANGEMENTS TO COVER

THE COST OF THE ENTIRE PARTY WHICH WILL BE AROUND $4000.00!!

So! Do y'all want the DJ thing? Are you willing to pay the required

amount? If yes, I will go ahead and make the deposit myself, and you

can pay me back.
