Keep child off back at night?

I have been repositioning my 3.5 month infant with some success. She spends a

lot of time on her tummy during the day and naps on tummy (only way she will

nap).

At night, we put her on her back, because we can't supervise her. I use a

positioner but she manages to end up on the back of her head or her left side

(where here flat spot is). Any tips?

I was thinking of pinning a roll to her pajamas on the back so that it is even

less comfortable to roll the other way.

Or is this the difficulty with respositioning as they get older?
