She examined me and saw all my test results were negative. She felt the pain I'm having was coming from the tip of the pelvic bone. ???? I have never heard of this. Has anyone else.?? She told me to stop the Macrobid ( antibiotic) and the Ditropan but to continue to use the pyridium for the spasms and the vicodin for the pain. She thinks it is tied in with RP. ???? Never heard of that. She thinks the pelvic bone pain is being caused by the Rp and that the rheumy should be consulted. I have an appt with the new rheumy next week on the 19th. This sounds sooo strange to me.. UGHHH.. I would think the pred would take care of it. I asked if the pelvic bone had any cartilage and she didn't know. So...... I'm back to square one. I'm thinking of going back to the private urologist if I ever get my medicare card. Let me know if anyone has any input.
