I have been hearing about L Glutathione and am interested in trying it for my

boys that weigh 33 pounds. What does Glutathione help with and what is a good

amount to give them? Can it be given with other supplements?

Thanks,

Dana,

Since this isn't SCD related, I posted a link to Kirkman's to your pvt. email

for research. Hope this was ok. Don't want to be too OT here. Jenn & K

it seems to be a fermentation promoter

you really have build glutathione through mineral and vitamin

supplementation and not take glutathione direct

its a tricky area like iv glutathione is very destructive with heavy

metal mobilisation damage

and the oral is most likey scd illegal

nac is another dangerous heavy metal mobiliser

you have to be very careful with supplementation

I'd like you to expand on what you're saying about glutathion and NAC being

dangerous with heavy metal. My son has been using DMPS transdermal and

sapository forms since last September, transdermal glutathion since last

Decmber, and NAC transdermal since the last weekend of March. We also have used

one glutathion IV given by our DAN in mid March with incredible results.

Actually, we have seen unbelievable recovery since beginning these things.

Well, I can't yet speak for the NAC since we've only used it for two weeks. I

can say that the DMPS and the glutathion(especially IV form) have helped

iel tremendously. I know that not everyone agrees with the chelation

methods. I just want to understand why you're saying that it is dangerous.

Thanks.

well i don't want to sound sceptical but if the results are so good

with iv glutathione and dmps why did you feel the need to move onto

NAC?

Thanks so much! I won't mess with it for now. I bought some at a local health

food store and can return it since it is unopened.

My son takes oral glutathione, which I think is SCD legal. It is

made by Essential Nutraceuticals, and contains only the following:

glutathione, purified water, essential phospholipids, potassium

sorbate and sodium benzoate. Our DAN practitioner recommended this

particular product.

Hope this helps.

We moved on because his DAN recommended it, and to be quite frank, she has never

steered us wrong on what is needed to help iel. She is very cautious

about monitoring hi yeast, bacteria, liver and kindey function, nutritional

info, ect. She is also very cautious about introducing just everything to try

out what works for him. He has an incredible amount of lead and mercury as well

as one of the highest cellular inflammation levels that she has seen in 12 years

of pediatric medicine. She wants to move out as much metal as possible as

quickly as possible while also not pushing him faster than he can handle. He is

currently excreting about 30X the normal amount of lead excreted by a person.

It's not that the DMPS and glutathion aren't going well. It's that we're trying

to move things along because he does respond so well.

if the metals are moved to fast as they are in chelation they cause

too much permanent damage

you never read the link i have posted

what can i say?

again and again i have seen these chelated kids get locked into very

low recovery ceilings that would have been easily exceeded by some

non DAN sensible dietary and supplementation approaches

Actually, I have read the link you sent. I have read it several times a few

months ago as well as your " supplements I take " section. To be honest, I find

it difficult to wade through your information because I don't think that it is

super clear in explanation. Of course, it could just be because I am blind, and

I rely on a screen reader to read through everything. I have asked a fellow

pecan bread member who does use your protocall to help me understand everything,

and make some choices on various supplements like zinc, copper, and selenium.

She has been kind enough to try to help me understand it all. I would like to

ask your credentials. Also, I am not one of those parents that is just looking

for a quick fix, trusts every DAN out there, ect. My father worked in health

and safety for the military for over 20 years, and in the private sector for

nearly the same. He is very knowledgeable about heavy metal toxicity, and how

to treat it. He has been very helpful in helping me to understand what is and

isn't a safe/good idea in treating iel. And no, he isn't opposed to using

natural methods like mineral supps. Let me be quite honest in saying that the

military isn't always willing to disclose to the public what they use because

they don't want to let it fall into the hands of those who may try to undermine

what remedies they have for things like this to damage the U.S. Fortunately, I

have an inside scoop on what is available, works, can be dangerous, isn't

proven, whatever because of my father. So, I'm not one of those uninformed,

trusting parents. I weigh things carefully, ask my " inside " contacts for their

very, very knowledgeable opinions about everything, and make an educated and

informed choice. I have actually refused some of the things that our DAN has

asked if I would even consider trying at some point if she felt it would be

benefitial. I would actually be happy to try some of your suggestions for my

son if you are willing to help me select which supps are appropriate, determine

the proper dosage for him, and help me to understand why these particular ones

are right for him. I am willing to do whatever it takes to have my son healed

from autism...which in his case is very evidently heavy metal toxicity.

Doesn't it just make sense to combine the heavy metals with selenium & move it

out that way without all the destruction that can be left behind in the brain?

Viruses can really ramp on a brain that has heavy metals running through it, as

it's already vulnerable. There are many great people out there knowledgable that

don't have any type of degree. They are gifted individuals. I believe all

autistics are as well. Jenn & K
