It can be done, but you need to dialgue carefully with your server to see that

nothing is

added to the meat or chicken like spice mixtures or barbecue sauce that may

contain

sugar. You have to specify " no sauces or gravies. "

Many restaurants in malls are part of a chain and have their foods

already made by the company, Many food flavorings are added before

they arrive to the local restaurant.

Your best bet is a " mom and pop " place where they cook from scratch.
