Okay, I admit I'm a bit challenged in this area....

Could somebody help me out with some ideas?

I am wanting a recipe for veggies, to be used for ANY veggies, that I

would bake in a cassorle dish. I need something SIMPLE, PLEASE.

I had in mind an egg mixture type thing, to pour over the veggies, and

bake. Does somebody have specific instructions for something like this?

I'd really appreciate it.

If you can use cheese this one is graet and can be used on any

tolerated vegetable:

I don't have a casserole recipe but with almost any veggie (butternut

squash, zucchini, brussel sprouts, etc., you can do the following:

Peel veg

Cube veg

spray cookie sheet with olive oil pam or brush with olive oil

spread veggies on prepared cookie sheet

spray or spread olive oil on top

salt veggies

roast in oven on 450 til tender

The zucchini was awesome and very tender.
