All this talk about DCCC has got me wondering if I'm using the right

stuff. I have the ROBERTS Dry Curd Cottage Cheese. IT comes in a

12oz tub. The ingredients are Grade A Pasteurized Skim Milk, Cheese

Cultures and Enzymes. It basically looks like cottage cheese without

the cream. Is this the right stuff??? I bought it at our local Hy-

vee. Thanks. Carla
