Just curious, has anyone tried making dry curd cottage cheese? It

seems relatively easy to make (a bunch of websites give directions). i

apologize if this information is available elsewhere. if anyone has

tried, any tips, suggestions,recipes, or directions would be greatly

appreciated! thanks so much!
