Guest guest
Have you tried putting it in a medicine dropper? You suck it up in the dropper, wipe it off so nothing is on the outside, and squirt it to the very back of his mouth. Then, immediately give him a bite of something he likes to eat. Preferrably something that is high in fat - it seems to stop the oily feel better. Another idea, if he will do it, is to have him hold his nose while you put it in his mouth. These ways he won't taste it, but the oil can be a sensory thing unless you have something to eat right after to take care of that. Hope this helps. Guest guest
Here is our secret recipe for our morning supplements - mix everything, including the liquid CLO in a spoonful of almond butter and a squirt of honey. My son is 2. He looks forward to gobbling it up.
Guest guest
Have you tried mixing it in with popcicles? By the way what exactly do you use it for? and Cole > > ok, I made a bad choice and got actual oil to try and give my son. he > spits it right back out. Guest guest
Thanks for the tips- I'll give them both a try. I was mixing it in his applesauce, so he stopped eating it. Now he sniffs all his foods suspiciously before taking a bite; the clever little thing.
Guest guest
That's a great idea, he'll eat lots of stuff in a popsicle he wouldn't eat otherwise! Teena
Guest guest
Aimee, I had posted in the past about the Nordic Naturals and was told that the Berry Keen is legal. My daughter and son both love it. Amy > > Hi! > Has anyone worked with Nordic Naturals for Cod liver oil for children? > SCD legal etc. > I saw in an earlier post about Green Pastures. Guest guest
Thank you. Are you taking it for anything besides the DHA and EPA benefits? :)Aimee Re: Cod liver oil Aimee, I had posted in the past about the Nordic Naturals and was told that the Berry Keen is legal.
