Guest guest Posted April 11, 2007 Report Share Posted April 11, 2007 Hi Cathy, If your son or daughter can have goat yoghurt, why don't you use 1 cup of yoghurt and 1 or 2 eggs m mix it up and add a little salt to it. If you like you can also add some parsley to. Pour this over the cooked vegetable (Cauliflower, broccoli) are great for this and put in the oven for appr. 20 - 30 minutes at 375 F. We like this and it gives your child some extra calories. But only if your child has reached this stage of food yet.
