There are many different kinds, There is the relaxing meditation, which is helpful. But I do the Vipassana meditation. It is to clear the mind and go inward. To begin to feel what is going on inside of you. It is focused meditation. To focus inward. But it sure is hard to calm the mind. Remember it does not have to be for long periods of time. 10 minutes in the am and 10 minutes in the pm does help.
