Guest guest
I don't know of specific brands since dairy brands vary so much depending on where you live. But, you must make sure that it does not have that in it. Guest guest
Organic Valley has a legal pure cream, if you can find it. For a while, I know Albertson's (in the Pacific Northwest) store brand heavy cream was just cream, no carrageenan or other illegals. Not sure this is still the case... that was several years ago. Guest guest
Plain, fresh, REAL cream has no carrageenan in it. Carrageenan is a polysaccharide, made from seaweed, that is added as a thickener.
