Guest guest
Thanks for the answer. I was just wondering though, I sent my letter for the insurance from Dr. R by fax to my insurance company. Who will they notify if they will cover or not. I faxed the letter to a specific person at CIGNA PPO, and will they contact the surgeon, or will they contact me? I sure wish I had the answers to these questions. I am going around in circles it feels like. My pain in my legs gets worse and worse every day, and I want this so bad, I know I will feel better afterwards. Maybe I am just a little anxious. Guest guest
I think as long as the insurance company can keep you confused, they feel they are winning. The trick to this game is to get the name of the person you spoke to; ask when you can expect to hear something; and then don't wait to hear: you keep contacting them so they know you can't be intimidated! My experience is that Dr.R's office leaves all insurance dealings up to the patient. Which means you get to call the insurance company back and hound them for an answer. Don't be shy--they won't! Good luck. Sperb >>> byshel2619@... 10/30/00 08:49PM >>> Thanks for the answer. I was just wondering though, I sent my letter for the insurance from Dr. R by fax to my insurance company.
