Guest guest
Barbara, Good to see you're not too rigid!! Cute answer. Anything under 150, no no, make it under 200, no no, really anything under 250. I totally get it. Better to be safe-hoping than overestimate and be disappointed. Better to be happily surprised than miserably disappointed, even at the same number, might be a better way to say it. Oh sheesh, you know what I mean! Guest guest
So, ya know how every time you go on a diet you figure out how long it's gona take to loose all the weight you want to? And, then you start to figure what size you'll be in for all the upcoming occasions? Or, am I the only person who used to do that? Anyway, to my question, how long do you think it will take for you to reach your goal weight? And, what size clothes do 5'4 " people who weigh 124 lbs wear? I'm 5'7 " and on Dr R's letter to my Insurance Company he said my goal weight should be 125. I'd be happy with anything under 150. Well, at this point I'd be happy with anything under 200. Well, actually under 250 would be great!
