Infractions and Christmas

Hi everyone,

First off, how many of you have had NO infractions in the diet of your kids?

And if you did, what was your first line of defense...re do intro, increase

probiotics etc?

I have head Cole on the diet since end of September and although I did end

up adding foods in too quick, things were going well over all. His bm were

getting regular.

I am a little apprehensive about Christmas time....we have already had some

infractions so I am basically doing the chicken soup etc intro diet again

just to help.

We have so many Christmas parties (school, home etc) and it is going to be

difficult to keep an eye on him at all times. I always bring his " food " (

like pecan square with ground pecans, lemon meringue pie etc) but most times

as kids do he would rather have everyone elses. He of course does not

understand the reason for the diet.

How do you all handle all the parties etc? Do you just not go, I have two

other kiddies that love these parties. I don't want to keep him and them

home from these events as he is finally into the Christmas thing this year.

The next big question is: I do give an enzyme just in case but hopefully he

won't get any illegals in him...butif he does do I restart all over again or

just keep going.

Believe it or not it seems everyone else loves the almond flour baking

except for Cole. Go figure!

To the world you may be one person, to one person you are the

world~Anonymous
