Hey ,

Melatonin is legal, but some melatonin supplements are not. We used to

use chewables from Kirkmans before we went SCD, they were illegal

because of one of the additives. We now use Kirkmans capules with

magnesium. Look on the Pecanbread site for the legal supplements.
