We have many neurological pains due to the yeast overgrowth- leg pains, heart

palpatations, insomnia. An epsom salt bath about an hour before going to bed

sometimes helps.

Good Luck!

Day 2 on Diet

My son (age 5)w/ ASD has very high yeast. DAN Dr. suggested SCd.

I've read the book, but still have questions. The past 2 nights, his

sleep has changed. He constantly moves around like he can't get to

sleep. Any suggestions? Also he's been eating cheddar cheese. I

just made cow yogurt & find out on-line that goat yogurt is the one to

use for ASD kids. Help & support is needed here. Thx

If you are on " Day 2 " of SCD.... but he's eating cheddar cheese, then that must

mean you did not start with the Intro Diet? Everyone really does need to start

with two days of Intro to get off to the best start.

In the beginning, many kids have discomfort related to bacterial die-off. Have

you read through the website yet? www.pecanbread.com

Yes, we suggest goat yogurt for ASD kids that were previously dairy-free... or

on CF diets. If your son does fine on cow dairy, you can go ahead and use that.
