Guest guest
I read the folks comments about not doing chelation before the gut was healed by SCD. We are gearing up for SCD but are in a research study for the next 3 months for NCD (natural cellular defense) and so we cannot start SCD until post study (per rules of study, cannot add anything new while on study), however, I was just going to add diflucan back into our regime as the NCD is stirring up yeast for us (we had been on and off of it in the past) but just saw the comment about prescriptive antifungals possibly making super-resistant yeast. Can anyone recommend a good natural that doesn't taste horrible and a place to purchase it online? Thanks so much!

Except Oil of oregano which is not necessarily bad tasting but is very strong tatsing. For the antifungals that don't taste good you may be able to hide them in food or put them in plain empty capsules (either cellulase caps or gelatin caps). Natural antifungals include garlic, oil of oregano (OoO), Olive leaf extract (OLE), caprylic acid, Grapefruit seed extract (GSE). The natural antifungals should be rotated.
