Guest guest
I don't consider my name odd. I think it is a great name. :-) But After growing up with the name ANITA BIGLER which got changed to all sorts of horrid things for the boys to tease me with. I married a wonderful man with a ordinary name. After looking at the different way to sign my new married name I descided that I would become ANITA B MOORE. So when I introduce myself to new groups I often will say something that applies to that group.. like " My name is Anita B. and I need to be more relaxed " Or " Funny. " or " understanding " or like for this group... " Patient " Since I am getting more impatient for the time to pass so I can have MGB and start my new life. :-) Anita B " patient " Tucson AZ
Guest guest
My mother worked as the OB head nurse at Jax Naval Air Station many years ago. She told me of a woman who upon hearing a certain word during the delivery, decided to name her daughter after the melodic sounding word. All the nurses tried to make her understand that this would not be an appropriate name but she would not relend. When it came time to put the name on the birth certificate she carefull wrote out her baby daughters name, Placenta. Shelly
