Elaine allowed the use of heavy cream treated with Lactaid drops for those who

are really

ADVANCED. One can use just enough to lighten a drink of coffee ot tea. It also

appears in

a recipe for Caramel Sauce in Grain-Free Gourmet. (When we made that in cooking

class I

was afraid to taste it as I was still sensitive to it at that time, two years

ago).
