Sorry Kim but many GFCF items such as lentil flour are not used on SCD as the

starch is

too hard to digest. Here is a reference to several comments on the subject on

I suggest you try peeling zucchini, cutting it in vertical strips with a

vegetable peeler and

sauteeing it in butter or oil. It will become translucent and taste very good

with tomato

sauce (SCD version) and/or melted cheese.
