If you want to use the Pro Gurt starter from GI Pro Health, you just need to be aware that it does not contain l.acidophilus..... so you need to supplement that. Patti hi just read post about parsley hi i thought fresh herbs are ok as this is what i use on my sons dinners i cook him also is basil and chives ok?..........also desperate to get my son started on yougurt can i order the starter from GI ALSO I JUST READ THAT THIS ONE YOU NEED EXTRA SUPPS....WERE DO I START WITH THIS .....................THANKS ANY INFO...........................
