Guest guest
, Thank you. I am so glad that you are feeling so well and happy. It sounds as if you have had a wonderful experience w/ Dr. L. It is hard to decide about the aggressive or passive treatment. is young(26), pain-free, and otherwise healthy. However...the main panc duct is very narrow. The doc who did his ERCP said he would not stent at this point; which is good.....but it feels as if there is a ticking time bomb. It could go off tommorrow, ten years, or who knows. It is scary. So should he have some kind of imaging done ever 6-12 months or so? We just don't know. I know that MRCPs can show ducts.....
