Hey Guys...I AM Back!

I had a wonderful time in Disney and I met almost all the disney characters

and took lots of pictures. It has been the best vacation ever..I have a new

attitude on life now. I am now 1 month post-op and feeling like a new woman.

I Did not have any problems walking the miles around the parks. I ate pretty

much what I wanted in small quantities. I stayed with fruit in the morning

and tested alot of different things for lunch. I had Hamburger, steak, and

quiche!! Now I only took 2-3 bites of all this, because I am still nervous

about dumping. Everything went down fine and I still have not experienced

dumping (knock on wood). For dinner I had POPCORN most days (weird

cravings)and more fruit.

Before I left I said I wouldn't weigh until I went to my PCP's (tommorow)

well....I did. Hey, I wanted to see what all that walking did to me besides

the blisters =). DRUM ROLLS PLEASE>>>>

Down 29lbs in 1 month.... I am the happiest I have been since my wedding 4

years ago.

So thanks for listening to my story...I hope your success is even better

than mine!!

Oh my Gosh !!!!! That is sooo great! I have new hope today that I will

be having my surgery by the 1st of the year and my weight/bmi is almost the

same as yours.

I won't expect that much, but WOW!!!

Gives me hope, Girl!
