I do the same thing and use wholewheat pastas. I figured out along

time ago that the regular pasta and my panc did not get along.

Except for macaroni pie, wholewheat does not make good mac pie.

Anyway I will saute some chicken breast and brocoli in fat free

italian dressing or the extra virgin oil with loads of garlic and

often I will have left over pasta from previous meals that I toss in

and saute through serving with tons of shredded parmesean. The kids

call it champion chicken so thats a clue how good it is....lol.

gobbling down the broccoli. It doesn't work for brussel sprouts

though...lol

I have a question for ya'll. It has just recently gotten what I

call cold down here. Nightly lows in the 40's; I know its nothing,

but give me abreak I'm a southern belle and that is cold cold to

me. Anyway; I have had a lot more tenderness pain in the whole

area, front, side, back, shoulder, the whole thing. Does the cold

weather bother ya'll more?
