A Nice alternative to sauce over your pasta

I love my pasta also, being 1/2 italian, it's only natural *L*...I

have switched to mainly wholewheat, and one of my favourites is to

have penne cooked al dente, steam up some broccoli, then when all is

cooked, toss it together with some olive oil (extra virgin for the

full flavour) and lots of finely chopped up fresh garlic. Mix it

with some parmesan cheese, and it makes a yummy and healthy dish.
