Guest guest
I had to pull bananas from and Garrett's diet. They were causing them yeast issues majory and when bananas were in the diet, that is all they would eat willingly. They craved them. The biggest difference I noticed was when I pulled bananas and when I pulled honey. Dana Garrett and SCD 7 months Celiac, ASD, apraxia robin wrote: It could just be the bananas period. Apparently, some people can't tolerate the bananas even if they are very ripe. Several moms on the list have reported improvement after pulling them from the diet. Guest guest
i'm pulling both of these as well. i don't know what we'll eat for sweets??? all we have now is the grape juice which i'm not really that comfortable with...we'd always avoided juice due to yeast now she's asking for it all day long. i am diluting it. is there another type of juice that i can introduce at this point? how long did you have to avoid bananas? and how did you know when to bring them back? > I had to pull bananas from and Garrett's diet.
