Katy,

I found some info for you, but Fat and Loving It I cannot seem to find great

info for online at least. Both of the books were distributed for free

through Digestive Care. You may want to contact them to see if they know the

best

way to get them.

http://www.pancrecarb.com/

Here is what I found:

" Kids Crave the Darndest Things " Here's the link to order it:

http://cfcenter.stanford.edu/OrderCookbook.html

" Pass the Calories, Please: A Cookbook and Problem-Solving Guide for People

Who Need to Eat More "

by Gail Farmer

http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/0880911336/103-2215961-4064600

" Fat and Loving It " , contact Gail Farmer, P.O. Box 5127, Belmont, CA 94002,

Her phone number is (510)596-6906 Gail works at the CF Center for Kaiser.

If I should find other places to order the books I will pass it along to the

parents group.
