Guest guest
HI EVERYONE, Sorry I havent checked in sooner. But I am still hanging on and fighting and not letting this Rp win.But a couple of times I was down for the count.HAHA I am on the high doses of cytoxan and am fighting the nausea. THe awful metal taste is back so nothing taste good and nothing wants to stay down. I went to the Rheummy on Fri. and he said I am responding to the medicines. Whatever that means because my ear is still purple red and painful. Now my nose is turning all shades of red. The throat is still painful and my chest is achy. Oh well enough complaining. Wont change things! I know what you mean. Instead of a sidecar I feel like my RP is the bright headlights of a Mack Truck. HAHA Last year on Sep. 11 we were on the road to Houston for the first time to see the specialist about this. And here we are a year later back to square one. For a whole year my life has been consumed with this. But I know God doesnt give us more than we can handle I just figure he forgets some times. He has already gave us something and then somemore but he knows that RPers will make him proud since we can handle so much and do it so well. HAHA yea right!!! I thought I was reading a Dr. Suess novel between blue and squeek. HAHA I can barely talk and type much less in rhyme. But I think its cute!! Its raining right now and I am feeling down because 2 months ago at this time. My dad and I were laying in his bed singing " RP RP GO AWAY DONT COME BACK ANOTHER DAY. RAIN RAIN COME AND STAY WE WILL STAY INSIDE AND PLAY. I was in the room , thinking we need to clean his things out and try to redo it but I havent felt like doing anything lately. Oh well life goes on ..... Did I ever tell yall about the funeral procession of my dads? Just to show you how nothing I do is ever normal. When it came time to leave the funeral home to go to the church, it ended up being just my sister, and daughter and myself to ride in the limo because the others were in the pall bearer car. Well I went in first and sat next to the window and was leaning on the door looking out. We leave the funeral home and just as they turned to get on the freeway overpass he slows down to turn and the door flys open and out I fall. I am laying in the road feeling like a dumbnut . My sister and daughter are laughing so hard they cant move, so I hurried up back in the car and we laughed all the way. The poor driver keep apologizing and said he had never heard of that happening before. I wasnt hurt just shook up but more embarrased because everyone behind us saw. I told my poor dad we couldnt even go to his funeral without making fools of ourself.HAHHAHA I asked the Dr. if he thought that the stress from my dads death or from the procedure I had a couple of weeks ago on my neck could have brought the flare on. He said probably all of it combined. But I have been in a constant flare all year in my opinion. Just at different degrees. Thanks to everyone for all the cards and prayers. You have all become an important part of my family and I love you all dearly. I pray for each of you everday and try to read the posts as I can. Love and hugs from Texas
Guest guest
Ok, ! You made me laugh out loud! I am one of those people who struggles not to laugh first, when someone falls, so this section of your writing did not help me overcome my little problem! Take care of yourself and keep laughing!!!!!!!
