--Your recipe sounds wonderful! I'm definitely going to

try it. We buy olive oil by the CASE! ;-) Also, you'd like " pasta

primavera, " I'm sure, as it's like your recipe, except you'd add

some sauteed carrots & pieces of chicken to it. My son makes a

wonderful " pasta primavera! " It's great with linguine! We make our

own pasta occasionally and my husband bakes wholewheat (Italian

loaves) just about every weekend! We're trying to stay away from

the white flour as much as possible.
