These are your medical records. Yours. ABout you. Of course you can look

at them. Also, you need to make a copy of them, for yourself, just in case

that packet gets misplaced. It could happen, somewhere along the line, and

then . . .

Those in the know say to copy everything in your packet, and bring it with

you to Durham, just in case!!! So, that's what I'm doin'! PhillyJude

I would take it out of the envelope and put it in with your other packet

information. That way everything is in one place for Dr. R.

Just my 2cents. Good luck.

This is what Trudy would do if her doctor put his letter in a sealed envelope

and wrote Dr. Rutledge on the outside:

OPEN THE ENVELOPE & READ WHAT'S INSIDE, IMMEDIATELY!!

He is not writting about someone else, he is writting about you. A.K.A. your

business..

Just my 5 cents, lol

PCP and sealed envelope

My PCP placed my physical and lab work in a sealed envelope labeled

Dr. Rutledge...ok...now what? Do I leave it as is and place it in

the packet? I am wanting to open it and place with my other medical

records. But, maybe I should e-mail Dr. R and ask? Am I anxious

about something that is nothing? Just want all to be acceptable to

Dr. R so there will be NO hold back. Opinions?
