Guest guest
Hi all, I hope everyone is doing well, I've (fortunately) been doing very well RP wise-one small flare (affecting my ear) 2 weeks ago. My question though pertains to my throat, Does RP affect that also? I've noticed that often times when I'm eating, (actually swallowing my food) It is REALLY painful, and it doesnt matter what i'm eating, soup, solids, drinking etc. Any input would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks again!
Guest guest
, it is so good to hear from you. Gosh it has been a long time. It's funny, I just posted an article from Hobb the other day about this same thing. Here is the site: Painful episodes of food " catching " in the upper throat is called dysphagia. It is not uncommon for people with Rheumatoid disorders to develop dysphagia. Here is a good URL for the problem. http://www.dysphagia.com/ >> I hope this might help. Know I'm thinking of you. hugs
